Return & Refund Policy

At Ryujin Dragon, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds, outlined below.

1. General Return Policy

  • Final Sale Products: All Ryujin Dragon products are considered final sale once opened due to hygiene and health safety standards.
  • Eligibility for Returns: Unopened and unused products may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.

2. Return Process

  • Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at care@ryujindragon.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Approval & Shipping: If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Condition Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets return requirements. Refund eligibility is based on this inspection.

3. Refunds

  • Approved Refunds: For items that pass the inspection, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Any items that have been opened, used, or do not meet our return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order details.
  • Replacement or Refund: Upon verification, we may issue a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

5. Exceptions

  • Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Returns and refunds are only available to customers within Pakistan. International orders may be subject to different terms.
