- Final Sale Products: All Ryujin Dragon products are considered final sale once opened due to hygiene and health safety standards.
- Eligibility for Returns: Unopened and unused products may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.

- Approval & Shipping: If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Condition Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets return requirements. Refund eligibility is based on this inspection.
3. Refunds
- Approved Refunds: For items that pass the inspection, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Any items that have been opened, used, or do not meet our return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
